Shipping Policy & Rates
 

Standard Shipping

Orders will normally arrive within 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard shipping is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.  Orders placed with Standard Shipping by 3:00 pm Central Time will ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Xpress Shipping

Orders placed with Xpress Shipping by 3:00 pm Central Time will ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.  Xpress orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date (overnight).  Xpress shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Xpress Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or  P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Delivery Time

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
• Express orders placed by 3:00 pm Central Time will ship the next business day.

U.S. Territories

Kool Kidz ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply.

International Customers

At the current time, we do not ship or bill orders internationally.
